Quality Assurance to the Result Oriented Monitoring (ROM) System for Asia and Pacific; Latin America and Caribbean Project

Euro Health Group, in consortium with IBF International Consulting, IMC Worldwide, and Idem Concept, commenced implementation of the “Quality Assurance to the Result Oriented Monitoring (ROM) System for Asia and Pacific; Latin America and Caribbean Project, funded by the EU. We will support the ´Directorate-General for Neighbouring and Enlargement Negotiations at improving the performance of EU-funded interventions, by strengthening design, monitoring and evaluation systems at intervention and institutional level. The project will last two years and will:

·        Contribute to the quality management of the ROM process.

·        Provide external and independent quality assurance of ROM deliverables, in particular of ROM reviews and consolidated analysis reports.

·        Contribute to improving and updating ROM methodology.
