An associate of EHG since 2012, he is the former managing partner of a development evaluation firm based in Ottawa, Canada, and has spent his entire career engaged in methodology development and in leading multi-disciplinary evaluation teams, with a special focus on social programming, particularly primary health care.

Clare Dickinson has been a board member since 2020 and has worked extensively for EHG over the past decade. She has over 25 years of experience of working in international global health in low- and lower-middle income countries. Clare's work has focused mainly on designing, implementing and evaluating national and global disease responses. She is experienced in strategy, health systems development, policy analysis, governance and aid effectiveness.

Ulrika Enemark joined the board in 2023.
Ulrika Enemark is a health economist and health systems expert with more than 25 years of experience from low- and middle-income countries covering both research, advisory and consultancy work. Her research covers the interplay of need, financing mechanisms and care-seeking behaviour; inequality in health and use of care; and cost effectiveness analysis. She supervises both national and international MSc and PhD students. Ulrika has also worked for a broad range of bilateral & multilateral agencies, NGOs and ministries of health, providing both short- and long-term technical assistance ranging from programme formulation to evaluation, as well as analyses for evidence-based strategy and policy development, in particular as regards health care financing, access to quality health services and health systems.
