Long Term Agreement for Evaluation Consultancy Services

Euro Health Group has signed a Long Term Agreement with UNAIDS to provide individual evaluation consultancy services between August 2020 and August 2022. The aim is to carry out evaluations, assessments, reviews and related assignments within the two year framework contract. The assignments will be based on UNAIDS 2020-2021 evaluation plan, which was approved in December 2019, and any possible revisions or updates to it.

Long Term Agreement assignments will primarily be evaluations related to the work of UNAIDS Secretariat but may also cover the HIV-related work of UNAIDS Cosponsors. Assignments may also focus on strengthening UNAIDS evaluation culture and capacity, the use of evaluations, professionalization of evaluation, stakeholder engagement, collaboration on evaluation and quality assurance of evaluation reports.
