Health Facility Assessment & Data Quality Review - Sri Lanka

EHG as a member of a consortium headed by Khulisa Management Services won an IQC with the Global Fund to carry out Health Facility Assessments (HFA) and Data Quality Reviews (DQR) globally. Services to be performed were authorised under specific work orders.

One work order was issued to carry out a HFA and DQR in Sri Lanka. The Global Fund requested that we focus on quality assurance and review of the SARA- (Service Availability and Readiness Assessment), the DQR- and the data entry tools, as well as re-assessment of 5% (a total of approximately 500 facilities were visited during the HFA) of facilities included in the HFA.

EHG provided the team leader and in-country based statistician.
