The seven-month evaluation for the Global Fund has been finalised. After reviewing 13 grants in 9 countries; approximately 170 documents, interviewing 175 people, analysing 24 existing datasets and carrying out a survey, we were ready end July to host a recommendations workshop with the key stakeholders in order to secure buy-in of results and recommendations, including action points and -responsibilities.
The final report with clear and actionable recommendations was submitted in September 2024. This report has now been approved and published on the Global Fund website, including the Independent Evaluation Panel (IEP) commentary and the Secretariat Management Response.
